Using Thirdpen
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use Thirdpen in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for reviewing agent actions and outputs before relying on or publishing them.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and outputs generated for you, subject to applicable law and any rights in third-party material. You grant Thirdpen the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit that content to provide the service.
Connected services
You are responsible for the services and accounts you connect, the permissions you grant, and compliance with their terms. Thirdpen may be unable to complete a task when a connected service is unavailable or its permissions change.
Acceptable use
Do not use Thirdpen to violate law or another person’s rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade safeguards, or create or distribute harmful or deceptive material.
AI outputs
AI-generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are appropriate for your use, especially for legal, financial, medical, employment, or other consequential decisions.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Thirdpen and may revise these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
You may stop using Thirdpen at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address violations, or comply with legal obligations.
