We also collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device, browser, log, and usage data.
Connected services
When you connect a third-party service, Thirdpen processes the information your chosen permissions make available so it can complete your requests. You control which services are connected and can remove a connection from your workspace.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Thirdpen, run requested agent tasks, create and store deliverables, authenticate users, support collaboration, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and communicate about the service.
Service providers
We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, storage, communication, analytics, and AI service providers only as needed to operate Thirdpen. Their handling of information is governed by their agreements with us.
Retention and control
We retain information while your account or workspace is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Workspace administrators may manage members, integrations, skills, and workspace content.

Thirdpen uses essential cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, protect account access, and remember preferences such as whether you have dismissed the cookie notice. We do not require advertising cookies to provide the service.

We may update this policy as Thirdpen changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
