About Thirdpen

We make work happen.

Thirdpen is the AI work agent. You tell it what needs doing; it works through your files and apps and hands back something finished. That is the whole idea, and everything we build serves it.

Why we exist

Between knowing what needs doing and having it done, there is a lot of work: the research, the numbers, the drafts, the sending. Thirdpen does that part.

What we believe

Five things we won’t trade.

They decide what we build next, and what we leave out.

Finished, not described.

The answer to a request is the work itself: the deck, the sheet, the plan, the reply ready to send. Not a list of steps for you to follow.

You stay in charge.

Thirdpen drafts, you send. Anything that leaves the workspace waits for your Allow, and you choose how much it may do on its own.

Say it once.

Routines, memory and skills make the second time easier than the first. Nobody should have to explain the same thing twice.

Your work is yours.

Each piece of work runs on its own computer. Incognito threads are never remembered, and what it knows about you is kept apart from what it knows about the work.

Not only engineers, and not only one department. Product, sales, marketing, students, and the life admin in between.

A note from the founder

I’m Yaqeen, and I started Thirdpen.

Most tools for work help you do it a little faster. I wanted one that does it: that takes a request the way you would say it to a colleague, works through the files, the apps and the numbers, and comes back with the thing you asked for.

That is harder than it sounds, so we build it carefully. It asks before it sends anything. It keeps each piece of work on its own computer. It remembers what you tell it, and never remembers an incognito thread.

If Thirdpen gets something wrong, or you want it to do something it can’t yet, write to me. I read every message.
